About JGM Pet Doors

Built in Phoenix, Arizona. Built for Your Pet. Backed by Our Word.

Our Story

JGM Pet Doors was born from a simple belief: every pet deserves the freedom to come and go, and every pet owner deserves a door that lasts. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, we've built our business on craftsmanship, integrity, and a genuine love for animals.

What started as a local operation has grown into a trusted name in custom pet doors, with more than 50,000 pet doors sold since 2009 — but we've never lost sight of what matters most: building a quality product and standing behind it with exceptional service.

Manufactured in Phoenix, AZ — and Proud of It

Every JGM pet door is built in our Phoenix, Arizona shop using high-quality parts. We believe in local craftsmanship, local jobs, and standing behind every door we make. Our doors are built to withstand the outside elements and the demands of real family life — whether your pet is a 10-pound terrier or a 100-pound Labrador.

When you choose JGM, you're not just buying a pet door. You're investing in something made with care, built to last, and supported by a team that takes pride in every single unit we ship.

Our 5-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

We stand behind our work — literally. Every JGM pet door comes with a 5-year pro-rated warranty, because we build our doors to last and we want you to have peace of mind long after installation day.

Our warranty reflects our commitment: if something isn't right, we make it right. It's that simple. No runaround, no fine print surprises — just honest support from the people who built your door.

BBB Accredited Business

JGM Pet Doors is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Our BBB membership reflects our commitment to ethical business practices, transparent communication, and resolving any concerns quickly and fairly.

We've also earned the trust of our community through 130+ reviews on Yelp — real feedback from real customers who've experienced the JGM difference firsthand.

Meet the Team
