Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return instructions, along with details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 5 business days if:

the item is damaged

the item is defective

you receive the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the damage/defect and packaging may be required so we can properly assess the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products, such as special orders, non-standard sizes, or personalized doors

Any item that has been installed or shows signs of installation

Sale items

Gift cards

Since we ship the doors and the customer is responsible for installation, we cannot accept returns for:

Damage occurring during installation

Incorrect installation

Damage caused by cutting, altering, or modifying the product
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you’re unsure which size or model you need, feel free to reach out before ordering and we’ll help guide you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
